The stylish lobby and well-designed apartment layout added comfort to our stay.

It was just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Madrid with best value for money ratio. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly, making check-in easy. Avoid the parking if you have a big car.

Absolutely loved the fresh salads at Granier Panaderias Cafeteria just down the street. Joyal was hands down a culinary gem – their tapas were to die for! The room was clean and well-kept, which made returning after a busy day a real treat.

The parking is super tight, especially for bigger cars – good luck maneuvering! Plus, missing out on breakfast was a bummer, but plenty of cafes around made up for it.

Fantastic staff that was attentive and helpful. The room was spacious with a great bathtub, making for a relaxing stay. Very close to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city.

A breakfast option would be a nice addition, as having to eat out each morning could be improved.

The spacious suite included a lovely kitchenette and elegant marble bathroom, perfect for a comfortable stay. Enjoying meals on the balcony added a nice touch to the experience, while the location made it easy to walk to various attractions. However, the beds were not as advertised. they were two twins combined instead of two large beds. Additionally, there were some minor cleanliness issues, and the noise from nearby streets could sometimes be disturbing.

Spacious rooms with a kitchenette offer a degree of flexibility for cooking. Reliable Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and having easy access to public transportation is a bonus.

The place is showing its age, with some furnishings needing an upgrade. Noise levels from the street can be disruptive, making restful sleep a challenge. Additionally, the cleaning could use some improvement, as there were issues with cleanliness in certain areas, like hairs and insects present.

The Superior Double Room was pretty spacious and clean, which I loved. It had a unique historical style that felt charming, especially that impressive staircase! My room faced the courtyard, so it was super quiet—perfect for a restful night. The location was convenient, just a short walk to several attractions and metro stations. Overall, a solid experience with a cozy vibe!

Our apartment had a small kitchen with a fridge, hob, and microwave. Super comfy seating area and lots of space. Loved the friendly reception staff, they even held our bags for us. Checkout the awesome El Corte Ingles and metro, both a quick walk away! Clean and cozy vibe all around.
